1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect
- Information you send us: when you use the sourcing request form or the chat assistant, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, company, country, product details, quantities, budget and messages.
- Billing details: if we issue you a proforma invoice, we store the billing name, company, address and tax ID you give us, and records of payments made against it.
- Basic technical data: the page you visited, the website that referred you, campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), your approximate country from your IP address, and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use only to block spam and abuse. We do not store your full IP address with your request.
- Visit statistics: we count page views per day and per traffic source (for example "search engine" or "social media"). These counts are not linked to you personally.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your request, prepare a sourcing plan or quotation, and deliver the services you order (performance of a contract, or steps you asked us to take before one).
- To issue proforma invoices, receive payments and keep accounting records (contract and legal obligations).
- To protect the website against spam and misuse, and to understand which pages are useful (our legitimate interests).
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
4. The chat assistant
The chat assistant on this website answers questions from our own knowledge base. Your chat messages may be processed by an artificial intelligence service provider that we use to generate answers. If the assistant cannot answer, a member of our team reads the conversation and replies. Please do not share passwords, card numbers or other sensitive data in the chat.
5. Who we share it with
We use service providers that process data on our behalf, only as needed to run this website and our service:
- Cloudflare, Inc. – website hosting, database, security and privacy-friendly web analytics.
- Google Fonts – delivers the fonts used on this website; your browser connects to Google to load them.
- Email delivery and AI service providers – to send notifications about your request and to generate chat answers.
- Payment providers (such as PayPal or Stripe), only if you choose to pay online. They handle your payment details directly; we never see your full card number.
When we act on your sourcing request, we share product requirements with factories and logistics providers. We share your contact details with them only when you ask us to or when it is needed to complete your order.
6. International transfers
We are based in China and our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by these providers.
7. How long we keep it
We keep requests and customer records for as long as we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer follow-up questions. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, unless we must keep it by law.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK or another region with a data protection authority, you can also complain to that authority.
9. Security
The website uses HTTPS. Access to our admin system is password-protected and stored keys are encrypted. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
